Ok, ladies, here’s how it works:
STEP 1 – Attend a FREE class. Come to one of our complimentary introduction sessions.
Register for a complimentary CrossFit class
STEP 2 – Come in for Gateway, our three session introduction to the foundational movements of CrossFit which will prepare you for group class. Successful completion of Gateway is a prerequisite for joining a CrossFit Fly Crew. A one session Crossover is available for experienced CrossFitters.
One installment of $200 for three sessions
One installment of $75 for one-on-one session
STEP 3 – Choose a crew! Each crew meets at the same days and times every week. This means you will have the same coach, same schedule, same girlfriends every week. That’s right – same same same – this doesn’t scare you because you’re not a post adolescent Orange County boy. You like consistency, reliability, and RESULTS. Being part of an exclusive training group means your coach will know you- your goals, strengths, your weaknesses, and your excuses. Your coach and your girls will be your motivation, accountability, encouragement, and your rock. You will have all of the benefits of personal training, better results, and pay 1/3 the price!
Memberships are purchased in 16 week sessions. Each session includes weekly classes, additional baseline testing, goal setting, action plan, and nutrition/lifestyle guidance. Memberships purchased mid-session will be prorated.
2x per week (+ Saturday*); four monthly installments of $170
3x per week (+ Saturday*); four monthly installments of $250
*On Saturdays we all play together as one big CrossFit family, sometimes combining with others in the CrossFit community. Saturday times and locations announced weekly, and depending on the activity may require additional fees. Saturday activities are optional.
