Complimentary CrossFit Introduction – Complimentary CrossFit class will include an introduction to CrossFit methodologies, instruction in three basic CrossFit movements, and a mini workout. Registration is required, and class size is limited.

Gateway – This three session introduction to the foundational movements of CrossFit will prepare you for group class. Gateway includes baseline testing, measurements, “before” pictures, a workout log book, and a mini WOD each session. Successful completion of Gateway is a prerequisite to joining a CrossFit Fly Crew.
One installment of $200 for three semi-private sessions
Gateway Private – Designed for those who are less conditioned and/or simply prefer a more extensive introduction to foundational movements of CrossFit. Six private sessions include baseline testing, measurements, “before” pictures, a workout log book, and a mini workout each session.
One installment of $450 for six private sessions*
*A 20% discount is offered for two athletes who wish to complete the program together.
Gateway Private Extended – An extension of Gateway Private, this program includes four additional sessions to review any movements necessary and/or work specific skills. These additional sessions also include four classic CrossFit benchmark workouts

Crossover – In this single session, designed for experienced CrossFitters, we will evaluate foundational movements, collect baseline stats, and issue a workout log book.

CrossFit Fly Crews – Semi-private CrossFit training in a small group setting. Each 16 week session includes classes, baseline testing, goal setting, action plan, and nutrition/lifestyle guidance.
2x per week (+ saturday); four monthly installments of $170
3x per week (+ saturday); four monthly installments of $250
CrossFit Fly Track Club - Get faster, leaner, more efficient, and run less! The club meets twice a week in addition to CrossFit Crews. This co-ed program is open to the community.
Monthly installments of $60 for 3+ month commitment

Saturday Activities – On Saturdays we all play together as one big CrossFit family, often combining with others in the CrossFit community. Saturday times and locations announced weekly, and depending on the activity may require additional fees. Saturday activities are optional.
